In December 2009, the 309L austenitic stainless steel wire for welding is the new product passed the provincial testing. The 309L optimizes the structure and control the ferrite content. Use the single slag process refining process(CaO-SiO2-MgO-Al2O3) which is suitable for extra-low-carbon stainless steel to solve the carbonaceous problem. It makes the single slag process is equal to double slag process. In December 2012, S32570 super deplex stainless steel tube blank is the new product passed the provincial testing. By controlling the chemical content and adjusting the duplex proportion, it can make sure that the material pitting index reach the standard and the process and use smoothly. And also we have developed the addition technology of microelement and improve the hot-working character.
